Our purpose

Q10E Labs builds tools so people can live with dignity and agency. If you want better habits, stronger relationships, clearer purpose, or maintained independence, we are building for you and your community. We are also building for the people who support you.

What we do

Platform + practices: A shared library and platform for individuals, small circles (friends, parent/child, caregiver/client, mentor/mentee), and larger communities to create, publish, and use practices through a guided app.
Pacing and momentum: One clear step at a time with short reflections that build momentum, protect attention, and include mandatory pauses. No feeds or infinite scroll.
Connection and identity: Shared rituals and light prompts to reach out and reflect together; identity grows from practice, recording memories, and reflecting with others.
Trust and control: Privacy by default, end-to-end encryption and local-first options, with users controlling pacing and data.

How we build

Paced & intentional

Supports focus and continuity. We help people reclaim attention from social media and other digital time sinks.

Dignity & agency

We guide, not mediate. The goal is for people to find purpose and act with agency without depending on the app.

Local-first design

Gives people the choice to explore without the cloud. Built to serve users in different locales and economic contexts.

Privacy by default

Protects memories and routines with strong privacy practices, including end-to-end encryption.

How we operate

We are bootstrapped. We favor tight, nimble technology that delivers performance, less waiting, and less noise from unnecessary features.

We’re based in the Netherlands and care about data sovereignty.

How we use AI

Our team has the technical experience to both understand how to accelerate development with AI and when not to. Our solutions are human-owned, reviewed & audited.

We are also exploring AI features in our products that augment experience in non-intrusive, opt-out ways under user control.
